Di conseguenza, nella progettazione di un particolare o di un assieme, il materiale viene utilizzato per:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ottenere il peso del solido o di un assieme<\/li>\n<li>ottenere, attraverso il plug-in con ANSYS, una simulazione FEA<\/li>\n<li>creare una rappresentazione realistica del particolare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mentre nei primi due casi si potr\u00e0 individuare il materiale associato al solido, nel terzo ed ultimo caso sar\u00e0 possibile assegnare un materiale alle singole facce di un solido, di una skin o a delle superfici.<\/p>\n<p>In ThinkDesign \u00e8 possibile organizzare la propria libreria dei materiali o utilizzare quella predefinita, entrambe accessibili dalla \u2018<strong>Libreria rendering<\/strong>\u2019.<br \/>\nLa cartella \u2018<strong>PreDefined<\/strong>\u2019 comprende le seguenti sottocartelle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2018<strong>Default<\/strong>\u2019, che include una serie di materiali standard, quali metalli, leghe, legno ed altri, e in cui ogni cartella identifica materiali con colorazione diffusiva e tipi di texture.<\/li>\n<li>\u2018<strong>Renderer Library<\/strong>\u2019, che contiene un esteso insieme di materiali che presentano differenti finiture ed effetti utilizzabili per il Rendering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oltre alla cartella \u2018<strong>PreDefined<\/strong>\u2019, \u00e8 presente anche la cartella \u2018<strong>UserDefined<\/strong>\u2019, ossia una libreria a disposizione dell\u2019utente, in cui egli pu\u00f2 liberamente salvare ed ordinare a suo piacimento i materiali. \u00c8 possibile, ad esempio, organizzare le cartelle a seconda della loro specializzazione, come mostra la figura qui di seguito: una cartella \u00e8 stata adibita alla progettazione di macchine, mentre l\u2019altra ai tipi di imballaggio.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-649\" src=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"543\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials.png 700w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials-300x233.png 300w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials-188x146.png 188w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials-50x39.png 50w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.1_ColorsMaterials-97x75.png 97w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le singole cartelle delle librerie create sono memorizzate all\u2019interno della cartella di lavoro presente sul pc dell\u2019utente, per essere facilmente copiabili e condivisibili con le altre persone del team.<\/p>\n<p>Il Copia&amp;Incolla di materiali dalle cartelle di default e la creazione di nuovi materiali permettono di organizzare una specifica libreria e di poterla impostare come libreria corrente (\u2018<strong>Impostare libreria corrente<\/strong>\u2019). Grazie a questo, nella fase di progettazione, direttamente dalla barra di stato saranno subito accessibili i materiali contenuti nella libreria corrente, permettendo all\u2019utente una scelta pi\u00f9 veloce e consentendo di standardizzare i materiali utilizzati.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-650\" src=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"537\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials.png 1338w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-300x201.png 300w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-768x515.png 768w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-1024x687.png 1024w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-218x146.png 218w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-50x34.png 50w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.2_ColorsMaterials-112x75.png 112w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, (max-width:800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nel tab del Rendering nella \u2018<strong>Struttura Modello<\/strong>\u2019 sono elencati tutti i materiali utilizzati nel documento attivo.<\/p>\n<p>Invece, per assegnare un materiale ad un assieme \u00e8 richiesto di impostare come corrente il componente e accedere di conseguenza alla lista dei materiali memorizzati nel componente stesso. Selezionando il singolo materiale, se ne possono modificare direttamente le caratteristiche.<\/p>\n<p>Le caratteristiche principali di un materiale sono le seguenti:<br \/>\n<strong><u>Nome<\/u><\/strong>: ogni materiale ha un nome assegnato, attraverso il quale \u00e8 possibile identificarlo e memorizzarlo nella libreria. Il nome del materiale \u00e8 utilizzato per garantire la corrispondenza con i materiali della libreria di Ansys per la simulazione FEA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Propriet\u00e0 fisiche<\/u><\/strong>: \u00e8 possibile impostare la densit\u00e0 del materiale, utilizzata nel calcolo del peso del solido ed espressa secondo l\u2019unit\u00e0 di misura corrente (di default gr\/mm3). Il comando di analisi \u2018<strong>Propriet\u00e0 di massa<\/strong>\u2019 utilizza le informazioni di materiale assegnate nel calcolo del peso. Nel calcolo viene considerato il materiale associato al solido e vengono ignorati eventuali materiali associati alle facce.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Propriet\u00e0 visive<\/u><\/strong>: tra le caratteristiche di visualizzazione nella definizione del materiale vi sono<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>il colore della texture, che pu\u00f2 essere sia un colore diffusivo espresso secondo la mappa RGB che un file di bitmap usato come texture;<\/li>\n<li>le caratteristiche di riflessione;<\/li>\n<li>il tipo di trasparenza;<\/li>\n<li>gli effetti di rugosit\u00e0 e rilievo (<em>bump mapping<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>i parametri e orientamento della mappatura della texture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nella rappresentazione grafica del modello, passando alla modalit\u00e0 di renderizzazione dinamica \u2018<strong>Alta Qualit\u00e0 + Materiali<\/strong>\u2019, \u00e8 possibile visualizzare le caratteristiche di base.
