I ridotti costi e tempi di scansione, uniti all\u2019accuratezza dei risultati ottenuti con le nuove tecnologie, hanno sicuramente influito sulla diffusione dei modelli digitali e sulle possibilit\u00e0 di effettivo utilizzo delle mesh nei processi di progettazione.<br \/>\nLa rilevazione di un modello pu\u00f2 essere effettuata su un prototipo, su una maquette o direttamente sul pezzo reale finito.<\/p>\n<p>Il modello scansionato pu\u00f2 presentare delle imprecisioni dovute alla scansione stessa o a dei difetti presenti proprio sul particolare reale scansionato; in alcune situazioni, poi, quest\u2019ultimo pu\u00f2 aver subito delle variazioni, non essere simmetrico, ecc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-638\" src=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"674\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering.png 1133w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-300x223.png 300w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-768x570.png 768w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-1024x760.png 1024w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-197x146.png 197w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-50x37.png 50w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.2_MeshReverseEngineering-101x75.png 101w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, 674px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, c\u2019\u00e8 da tener presente che un modello in formato <em>mesh<\/em>, per quanto accurato, rappresenta comunque una discretizzazione, essendo descritto come l\u2019approssimazione in triangoli piani di superfici tipicamente curve.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-642\" src=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering.png 1061w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-300x227.png 300w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-768x582.png 768w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-1024x776.png 1024w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-193x146.png 193w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-50x38.png 50w, https:\/\/dptlab.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1.3_MeshReverseEngineering-99x75.png 99w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 480px, 660px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Attraverso un processo di <em>Reverse engineering<\/em> \u00e8 possibile ricostruire superfici e curve di un modello scansionato per ottenere poi un modello matematico preciso e non pi\u00f9 approssimato, rappresentato attraverso delle NURBS.<br \/>\nIl vantaggio consiste nel partire da un modello matematico preciso su cui poter effettuare tutte le attivit\u00e0 di progettazione necessarie, quali la produzione dell\u2019attrezzatura dello stampo, e nella possibilit\u00e0 di apportare modifiche e variazioni su un modello a questo punto realmente gestibile dal sistema CAD.<\/p>\n<p>In questo caso, il processo di <em>Reverse engineering<\/em> pu\u00f2 anche rappresentare un\u2019occasione per \u201cpulire\u201d eventuali differenze o imprecisioni, e ottenere cos\u00ec un modello di qualit\u00e0 su cui basare, ad esempio, una produzione di serie.<\/p>\n<p>In ThinkDesign Professional, sfruttando l\u2019ambiente <em>multigeometry<\/em>, l\u2019utente pu\u00f2 importare e gestire modelli di tipo <em>mesh<\/em> unitamente all\u2019ambiente di modellazione avanzata disponibile.<\/p>\n<p>Avere a disposizione nell\u2019ambiente modello la <em>mesh<\/em> per ricostruire il rispettivo modello in superfici NURBS \u00e8 sicuramente pi\u00f9 agevole e presenta notevoli vantaggi rispetto alla rilevazione manuale delle misure.
